detailed description
Characteristics of offline pulse dust collector
The characteristic of the offline pulse cleaning bag dust collector is to use separate chambers for cleaning alternately, that is, offline cleaning. When a certain room is undergoing dust blowing and cleaning, the filtered airflow is cut off, avoiding the secondary flying of dust generated by dust blowing and cleaning. So the gas box pulse bag dust collector can capture gases with a dust concentration of up to 1000g/m3. The air box pulse dust collector is an outdoor type consisting of various specifications with different numbers of chambers and bags per chamber. There are four types of bags in each room: 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags. This series of dust collectors can operate under negative or positive pressure without any changes to their body structure. Its dust removal efficiency can reach over 99.5%, and the water content and dust concentration of the purified gas are less than 100mg/m (standard)
Dust cleaning electrical control device
(1) Dust removal control method
The dust cleaning control method generally adopts the timed method, or the fixed resistance method can be used. The so-called fixed resistance method is to control the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag. When the differential pressure value of the dust collector reaches the predetermined value, the differential pressure transmitter sends a signal, and through the electrical control device, the dust is cleaned room by room according to the set program.
(2) Electrical control system functions
PLC is used for centralized control of multi chamber dust collectors, with two control modes: automatic and manual. When a fault or maintenance occurs, it can be switched to manual control at any time. In order to facilitate debugging and equipment maintenance, organic control is also provided.
Working principle
This series of dust collectors consists of a shell, ash hopper, ash discharge device, bracket, and pulse cleaning system. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air outlet, it first encounters the inclined partition in the middle of the inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, the coarse particles in the gas directly fall into the ash hopper, playing a role in pre dust removal. The airflow entering the ash hopper then bends upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber, and is collected and discharged through the outlet pipe. The shell is divided into several independent dust removal chambers by partitions, and each dust removal chamber is cleaned alternately at given time intervals. Each dust removal chamber is equipped with a lift valve. When cleaning, the lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow through the dust removal chamber. Then, the pulse valve is opened to spray high-pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each dust removal room are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated cleaning program controller.
